A few weeks ago I checked out the organization, thinking it might be good to look in to AFTER I graduate. Little did I know that requesting more information was going to automatically get me on their hit list. I spoke with Nancy Demir on the phone. She spoke too quickly and I felt that the call was extremely impersonal. The next thing I knew $300 was taken from my bank account by NAPW.
I called five minutes later to cancel, because that was the only money I had in my account, and spoke to Craig in the financial department. He told me that he could reduce the price to $149, and yet I still haven't seen any of that refund. I'm a student. I work hard just to make ends meet, living paycheck to paycheck, and I can't afford this right now. I told him that, and instead of listening to my concern and doing something about it, he snapped at me and told me it was my fault. Some business man right?
Right now, NAPW can't do anything for me. I'm not even working in my desired profession yet and I've got a lot of student loans. I can't afford this, and my money has disappeared for nothing. I WANT IT BACK. I explained to Craig that my bank account had been overdrawn because of the charge and he didn't even care.
I have been misled and scammed by NAPW and I want a full refund of my money.
