Ordered DVD's, given confirmation order, order stated processed. The money came out of my account 7 months ago, but I still have not received the DVD's. I have called, sent emails, no response. Going to just try turning this over to the attorney general. I know the money is gone, but if I can at least keep them from ripping other people off.
