Just days ago I received 2 hooded sweatshirts and a pair of pajama pants from a friend for Christmas. They were to little so I decided to return them for a bigger size and the same exact garments. The price tag and the garden ridge tags were still attached to the garments. I spoke with the store manager and she informed me they could not be returned without a receipt. However, I was very upset that Garden Ridge would not let me exchange these items without a receipt knowing clearly that they were bought there. I would never ask my friend for the receipt for a gift she had bought me. I always shop and spend alot in this store but I will never shop with Garden Ridge again because of this issue and I will encourage my other friends to stay away from buying from your store. All buyers need to beware before they consider buying anything from Garden Ridge in Chesapeake, VA.
