Sent Defective Unit...will not replace or respond
I wish I would have seen some of these reviews prior to ordering. Paid for two day shipping but item arrived more than a week after payment confirmation. Item arrived defective...Seller claims to test all equipment prior to shipping, but apparently the test does not cover something as basic as 'will the unit stay on more than 30 minutes'. The unit shuts off spontaneously after 30 minutes since arrival. A month after purchase we have still not received a response from seller other than the unit is 'warrantied by manufacturer'.

Non-delivery of NAS
Sells Network Attached Storage (NAS) equipment via website. Ordered pre-configured unit, then nothing. Called the 800 number and was told it "was on the bench" being checked out. It must have been a long evaluation, because three weeks later it had not shipped. Called again to cancel the order, and was told I couldn't do that... and the person (Jason) said he could only estimate that it would ship in a week (that's a month since ordering). I gave up... went to PayPal (his method of payment) with my complaint, and we're still sorting it out. NAShq.com and PayPal are a lethal combination. Don't buy from this company (or person it sounds like). Find another vendor. Low price means you get what you pay for. Keywords: NASHQ, NASHQ.com, NAShq

Non-communicative, non-delivery of item
This vendor will not deliver the product and is non-communicative. After researching, there are numerous complaints concerning product delivery and evasive communications.
