GIven wrong contract and still paying for it!
I am completely frustrated and very disappointed with the service I have received from Nashua mobile. I took on a contract in Sept 2010 for the Top up 135 + Nokia 5230 at +/- R143.00 as advertised. Not only did they call me to tell me it would be costing me more (R169.00) than the advertised price, but this month when I pulled out my invoices to look at why I was being billed more and more each month, I realized that they had me on an entirely different contract! When I called to query and correct this, they told me that I had CHOSEN this contract and being billed for my calls and sms's! After many calls and emails, they are now withholding (no matter how much they deny it) my refunds on overdebits the last few months for the following:
1. They sent a R1000.00 gift voucher with my phone which they now want me to refund as it was part of the incorrect contract
2. They are awaiting this refund before refunding me all the overdebits on my bank account on the incorrect contract
3. They have offered to migrate me to the Top up 135 without having to pay for the voucher, but at a cost of R1596!! Where do they get a cost like this???
No matter how much I try to explain that this is the consultants fault, the less co-operating they become. They simply will not help further??

Nashua service is absolutely appalling. I have been phoning and emailing for about a month trying to sort out an issue where they overcharged me because of their pathetic incompetent system. It seems like the staff and managers have no idea what they are doing.

My school fees turned out to be very expensive
Last year we complained about our printer contract and service from Nashua North. After repeated and exhausting, not to mention financially detrimental interaction with Nashua, we have finally managed to quit our contract. The final straw was when they removed the incorrect printer and left us without a suitable replacement for over a month and then told us they would NOT install the new printer unless we paid them for the month we had not had a printer and a month in advance for the new one. This was such a breach of contract we asked them to remove their equipment. Be careful who you sign up with and check the contracts carefully. My school fees turned out to be very expensive.

i ordered a phone from the nashua group three weeks ago, have been told that it was going to be delivered everyday for the past three weeks, i had to stay home for the pastas the initial delivery address was my residential address, imagine no one getting back to me and spending my hard earned money to call them, and at a later stage they tell me they out of stock but if i change my contract the phone will be delivered as they have it on stock.still i am waiting for my cellphone and no one knows where is it, and when threatening to cancel the contract i am being told to pay some money for costs occured, so do i have to pay for their mishaps?and they must not mislead the public with advertising stock that they do not have, its called false advertising...i am pissed off at this stupid company
