I regret to submit my complain and highly show my disappointment on my un trustworthy mobile service provider "Vodafone Egypt" who claimed and alleged protecting customer interest. I was a victim of fraud on my line. My ownership was transferred without legal documents or appearance in person and signature, Vodafone Egypt ignored the whole situation and rejected the complaint DESPITE making no justification, given that my ownership documents were scanned and sent to the complaint department. No evidence was provided by the operator to prove that my claim is false. I'm also so sorry to complain of the customer service and complaint team, who showed almost no interest in such a critical issue and did not bother to call me for one time to tell me about the course of the complaint. Finally, I'm sorry to say that Vodafone Egypt is screening dishonored and negligent employees who abuse their powers for the interest of personal relations or financial gain. Kindly, help me to keep my rights, redeem my line and number and contact the persons in charge.
