I accepted an offer from Nation magazine to receive several free copies (4, I believe). In early December, I received a notice from North Shore Agency for a purportedly $20 amount I owed on 40 issues. I do not owe anything, and I submit North Shore is trying to scam me. The Nation charges $32 for 43 issues.
