I paid for my insurance with automatic withdrawl. I informed the company
not once but thee times to change banks. This was even done in writing
The charge was 32.00$. I cancelled the insurance do this problem and was tp get a refund for pro rated amount, I received 1.97, which was also wrong.
I have been working with company since june of 2008, with no results.
I have called employee Kay Stewart every day sometimes even 3 times a
day, I have spoken with her maybe 5 times. She has a voice mail that says she will call back in 2 hours. I have also contacated the manager severel times with no results. I am hoping that with your help we can resolve this matter.
