I recieved a phone call today with an arabic or something guy on the phone telling me he needed my attorneys information for the charges that are being filed against me. He said I took out a payday loan and it was direct deposited into my account but they haven't gotten their money back and now he is the attorney for the company to collect it or press charges against me. I was freaked out!! I asked what I needed to do .This is what the man told me to write and fax to him.

also, he told me the loan was for $500.00 and that now with attorneys fees it would be $750.00 and if I was prosicuted it would cost me $5, 000 or more. This man gave me his fax number, but would not give me a actual number to call back on. He told me he would call me back. Now what should I do?

these foreign people called me and threatened that i needed to call them as soon as possible. So i returned their call and they informed me they were suing me for cheCK fraud. and two other counts and i told them to go right ahead and that i wasnt going to pay them anything. First of all they called from two different cell phones one in florida which i called back and a recording said it was disconnected and then another number they use is a 714-598-4242 and they are very evasive and i fianlly found out it was this national payday advance which i have never took out a loan with. So i called their bluff and told them ones name was jonathon davis but he was a foreigner and i told him you are not american and he just hung up but then later he called like 10 times on my cell phone. The only way they could have gotten my information was from a loan advance company which wrote two computerized checks and took out 40.00 out of my account without my permission as soon as thay happened i went to my bank froze my account and filed a police report on them which in turn they refunded the money back. The best advice i can give you is dont give them any information and close your BANK ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. I KNOW FOR A FACT THEY ARE SCAMMERS NAD I TOLD THEM TO THEIR FACE. i denied the debt and told them to contact my attorney whcih of course they did not bu they are still calling THE BEST THING TO DO IS DENY THE DEBT AND TELL THEM TO SEND YOU PROOF OR CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY THEN CUT OFF ALL COMMUNICATION WITH THESE SCAMMERS. NOONE THAT WAS A PROFFESSIONAL WOULD CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN THE MANNER THEY DID. ALSO DO NOT TAKE OUT ANY PAYDAY LOANS ONLINE THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST LOOKING FOR VICTIMS PLEASE DO NOT TRUST ONLINE APYDAY ADVANCE COMPANIES ANY OF THEM BUT ESPECIALLY THIS ONE!!!

I received a call from this so-called company Lancheil Associates. They stated that I needed representation for a loan that I defaulted on. I laundried money and had bad checks written and not paid for a payday loan that I supposely had taken. This is false I tried to get information from this woman who did not speak clearly. When you call back you can not get anyone. They expect you to give them your payment don't get scammed.818-451-4036 is there number. Don't get scammed.

I received a call at my work from someone stating he was with National Advance Payday. This operator told me I opened a payday loan for $300 with them on November 27, 2008 (Thanksgiving!!!), and that I now owed $595. This operator told me they had emailed me at least 15 times, yet would not prodice an email for me to see. In addition, he stated that my file had been turned over to an attorney two months ago, yet I have never seen anything in writing. When I asked for the name of the website I "used" that day to take this loan out, he could not tell me. I also asked for the name of the Law Firm handling this case, and he would not tell me that either. I am troubled that they have my Bank name, routing number, and last four digits of my SSN#. I called my bank immediately to notify them. I will next notify my state's attorney general's office as well as the California Attorney General's Office.

This person called me today from a wirless number, which I googled and found that both numbers given were non-working numbers and
that this was scam company calling the 2nd number (941) 961-8518
was also a non working number I took a picture of the number showing
on my caller ID, showing the date of call and the time, also showing the call was made from a wireless phone.

Both persons spoke bad english and both gave english names I ask them how they could have a english name and speak bad english he started yelling a me telling me that someone was coming to my home and take me to the court house( THAT WAS REALLY THE RED FLAG)
that this was scam call, he also gave me a case # of 3248A I have made a complaint with the DO NOT CALL .GOV
