threats of kidanpping

Just wanted to say that this website and seeing that I am not the only person that was targeted does put my mind at ease. I was contacted this morning and bottom line told that even though this company quick cash fraudulated my bank account and took money from me, that I now owed 8000.00 dollars and would be kidnapped from my job and or residence and dragged kicking and screaming to court two states away. Believe me they more than caught an earful from me but it seems that they have gotten smarter in the fact that they would give me no information on their company, court contacts, or addresses. After tracking down the Federal District Court of California in Campbell and having them run my supposed case number and name I found that they had nothing on file as of yet. I started researching the company and found nothing... it wasnt until I tried googling harrassment and crime center that I found this website and contacted the police department in Campbell. Please call them and file a complaint. They have their own detective assigned to this company :)

you dont even have to have received a loan from these people for this to be happening. I didn't and like I said they got ahold of my bank information on the internet and withdrew money from my account. Please do not post your account information on the internet...

Harrassing for $$$$$

This is so crazy I got the same call a year ago. When they told me that authorities would come to my job to arrest me and take me to court I told them that would never happen. Who every you send to pick me up will be arrested by National Security Association and they will be tried in a federal court for tresspassing on government property so I think you better rethink what you are saying to me. Then he said well they will come and get you from home. I said yeah, I WISH you would try that one and I gotta 40 caliber that says different. If you want me to appear in court you better do it the correct way and go thru the court system and have a sheriff deliver some papers. Or better yet how about I send my cousin who lives in San Francisco and happens to be a U.S . Marshall to your 1432 Hoffman Lane address. Needless to say they hung up. But get this. They called me at work today 2/25/10. I kep talking to David Parker on the phone while I was googling the address, the company, and the number. Turns out this house is for sale. the Real Estate agent is Ron Mason(408) 445-5165. Yes, I already called and left him a message to let him know what is being done with this address. It's a really nice house...LOL. Anyway.
To the person who is letting these people make you sick. Tell them to KISS YOUR A#$ (say it loud just like that) and hang up. And keep hanging up. And if they say anything crazy tell them they can keep calling if they want to because you can hung up in their face just as many times as they can call until they get the picture... I AIN"T GIVING YOU NO DAMN MONEY...OKAY!
They hate it when you flip the script. And if they start screaming. Just laugh and hang up. Can you imagin how angry they will be. You know what... I think I'm going to call them back right now and jerk the ball sack...lol. As you can see they really pissed me off. Remeber nobody can come and just arrest you because you owe money. If that was the case 90% of white collar workers would be in jail right now because of defaulted student loans ie.$60, 000...LOL. Anywho...lets hold it down yall.

Oh yeah, I called the Attorney General in VA and they are lazy...LOL
