Negligence

They were my health insurance at the time, I had a emergency room visited that they initially paid for, then they requested the hospital to give them the money back.

Now, the hospital sent the bill to collections and I've been dealing with that. Now I hear that National Alliance is not is business anymore. So the collection company is telling me that I must pay for it, even though its not my responsibility.

And even if I do pay for it, the collections is still going to show up on my credit report...

If there is anything you can tell me I would highly appreciate it, I am lost on what my next decision is...

Never received refund

Mislead me to beleive I was purchasing Health Insurance for my family. Once I received the benefit information I decicded to cancel the membership and forfit a $30.00 transaction fee. The service rep's confirmed they were in receipt of my fax cancellation and said it would be processed in 10 days. They continued debiting my account for 2 more months and would tell me each time I called that it had been cancelled and I would get a full refund. Well it has been exactly 12 months later and still out $1, 202.00.
The President Mr. Thomas Sullivan should be dealt with by the highest courts for taking advantage of hard working Americans. If anyone else has started a class action law suite against this company please call me. 727-784-8174. I still have fax confirmation of my cancellation, and copies of there debits to my acct. I hope no one has to spend the hours I did just trying to get my money back.
