They were my health insurance at the time, I had a emergency room visited that they initially paid for, then they requested the hospital to give them the money back.
Now, the hospital sent the bill to collections and I've been dealing with that. Now I hear that National Alliance is not is business anymore. So the collection company is telling me that I must pay for it, even though its not my responsibility.
And even if I do pay for it, the collections is still going to show up on my credit report...
If there is anything you can tell me I would highly appreciate it, I am lost on what my next decision is...
