Scam Company, Does Not Pay
National Asset Preservation is a Half ass joke of a preservation company. Contractors do not waste your time with this pathetic excuse for a company. National Asset Preservation is constantly changing their name and hiding their CSLB number for a reason, THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY! Their pay is a joke the work they get is crap grass cuts and they never pay on time or in the full amount. National Asset Preservation cuts invoices for no reason other than to save themselves money. If you want the work contact their one and only client, WSR Preservation in Riverside, they are very nice and helpful at WSR. WSR Preservation pays more than double and will not cut your your invoices.

Collects and Sells Your Personal Informaion
Contractors beware! Assured Asset Preservation or "National Asset Preservation" as they are now called collects and sells off your personal information. A couple of months ago I was contacted by a Robyn Yeager from Assured Asset Preservation(National Asset Preservation) inquiring if I would be interested in maintaining a group of homes in the Modesto area. All the information she gave me seemed legit and she gave the impression that Assured Asset Preservation (NAtional Asset Preservation) had a large volume of properties in my area that could be mine. All I was told they needed to "set me up" in their system was a signed contract and copies of my drivers license, contractors license, social security number, and insurance information for "Tax Purposes". I quickly completed all the necessary requirements, as they emphasized that they needed me to start immediately. Once all my information was received i was told by Assured Asset that they needed a day to process the information and would contact me right away with my properties, well that never happened. After about 3 days I started receiving multiple calls from telemarketing companies, credit card companies, media services, and my mailbox exploded with junk fliers and mail. Next thing I know my social security number is being used to open credit cards I never applied for and I'm getting credit checks left and right. When I attempted to contact Assured Asset Preservation in order to get the status on the properties I was promised I was told by a Robb Koustic that the properties were pulled by their client and that they would keep me on file if they received future properties in my area. Assured Asset Preservation (NAtional Assset Preservation) are liars and a SCAM company. After looking more closely at their business information the business address they provide is either a PO Box or a residential home, and they do not even provide a CSLB #, SCAM. I was forced to change my phone number and jump through multiple hoops in an atte3mpt to repair the damage that Assured Asset Preservation (National Asset Preservation) had caused. Beware! Do Not trust Assured Asset Preservation or their new company National Asset Preservation.

Contractors Beware - National Asset Preservation a front for scammers Assured Asset Preservation
The scammers at Assured Asset Preservation are desperately trying to cover for their poor reputation in the property preservation industry by creating a new "company" called National Asset Preservation. Do not be fulled by this. National Asset Preservation run by Assured Asset Preservation has a long history of not paying contractors and whimsically cutting invoices to increase profits. Do not trust these guys. Assured Asset Preservation, Sole Stones Services and National Asset Preservation are all property preservation scams run by Robb Koustik and Robyn Yeager.
