Mis representation and unauthorized charges

I was approached by this company to be recognized in their directory of successful women. The cost was reasonable and I was overwhelmed and agreed to it. The following year, they called again to follow up and got my assistant who updated the information and agreed to it. At no time was a directory every delivered. Each year, the cost went up.
This year, there was no phone call, no email, nothing and my credit card was suddenly billed a large amount. I tried to call them and email them to talk to them about it, but after 3 phone calls where all I got was voicemail and three emails to 2 different addresses, I heard not one word from them.
This is a total scam.

RIP OFF

I was contacted by a sales person from the NAPEW who informed me that they needed to interview me regarding my application. I know how the process works with networking organizations and when it came down to money I told the lady that I needed to do some further research on the company being that I have never heard of them and they are not that reputable. The women at this point was very rude and abrasive and it sounded as if she was trying to belittle me when I declined her offers. When I finally hung up on her I did some research on the company and they really do not offer much! Everything that is on their website other organizations offer but about 10x more. I've spoken to other women as well who are regular networkers and apart of many organizations and have never heard of the NAPEW and would not recommend them to anyone.
