I placed an order via the 1-800 # from a TV commercial soliciting the World Trade Center Commemorative Coins. The phone system was all automated and extremely pushy trying to coerce the buyer to purchase more than desired. I only agreed to the special priced item and they automatically said a free item was included and when the order came, a third item was included and I was billed 5 times the amt of the special order. I have called three times and left vm msgs with no promised returned calls. I have also sent an email to the address given on the call...still nothing. The second email I sent came back as undeliverable. I'm hacked becasue not only was I sent more than I asked for and billed for it, the quality of the product is not up to what they claim it to be. I just want an RMA # so I can return the product for a full refund as promised!!!

I'll never order from TV commercials again! I think they are all scams!!!
