NCS placed a collection on me and messed up my credit report. The most frustrating thing is that I am not the person they should collect on. The person who ownes them debt even has a different last name. After doing lots of research, I found out (from a police report on an auto accident) that the person not only has a different last name from me, but different address, vehicle, birth date.
I called NCS to try to clarify the matter, but they did not listen at alL! When I asked to talk to a supervisor, I was transferred to Kevin Leen, who harassed me and said that he thought I was playing games and he didn't care what my last name was, but NCS was collecting on the right person. There was no way that I could get anything acrossed to them.
I have resorted to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Credit Bureau, but it just angers me that NCS is not listening to me to try to resolve a mistake they had made. Their supervisor even laughed at me for trying to explain to him my situation.
