I used this company, and I didnt recieve ANYTHING. They simply took my payment of 950 told me within 48-72 hrs I will recieve an email with the leads... Nothing ever came. This co. wont return my calls, emails, my attorney's documents becuase we are serving them. this will take a while and unfortunatly they simply don't care. There are other company's that I will try but this one WOW! How they can live with themselves ripping people off I will never know. They say that they supply good data for back tax leads. Well I would love to rate the product, but when they wont even answer after my payment went through! This was the last bit of money that I had becuase It cost so much to start up my company, and I basicly have gone out of business due to this company! DONT USE THEM CHECK OUT ALL OF THE OTHER COMPLAINTS AND GO TO BBB, and COMPLAINTS BOARD to find out more. This company is a big scam... I gave this company 480.00 to purchase 1, 500 leads which there was supposed to be a 40% hit ratio which means. I am supposed to get back 40% of what I purchase. I recieved less than 375 matches out of 1500. I had to wait 5 days to get them when I was told 48 hrs. Then I had to pay 2x's becuase the company explained the wrong way to purchase the leads. The first payment was supposed to be refunded and it has now been over 3 weeks and I have still not received the money. So I had my partner call posing as a client. They called within 10 mins, when they found out it was me they said "dont ever do that to me again". So I said excuse me if you returned my call I wouldnt have to pose as a potential client". Immediately there after mike who apparently answers the 209.570.7978 number. He lost all dignity and immediately decided to "black out" and go on a rage calling me names such as "you dumb nigger" "why dont you give me your address so I can come break your legs" "fuck you piece of shit your never getting your money now" then obviously started laughing. I hung the phone up and he proceeded to call back over and over again until I now have had to press charges against him and have his local police dept stop by and serve him with documents with a restraining order. This is not the company that you want to do business with. The last thing I expected was for them to threaten me and if they really need the 480.00 that bad. I just dont want to get hurt over something so petty, and would simply like my money back... We will see if that will ever happen.
