I received a collection notice from a company called National Credit Audit Corporation, Peoria, IL 61615-1527 back in August, 2006, asking me to send a past due amount for a subscription to the magazine, Diabetic Cooking, which I had NOT renewed.

I did send a check for $14.95 because it was an insignificant amount and again requested that they tell their client company to stop sending any more magazines.
