I received a phone from NES today. I have never heard of them. They threatened to sue me over my daughters student loan. They called her and told her the same thing. She had been trying to make payments; however, the original company did not know who had her debt. Lots of confusion. I spoke to the supervisor, a Mrs. Peace, who was not helpful. I offered $300 a month until the debt was paid and she refused. We are in contact with our attorney now and they can either accept the offered payment or go to court. These people are predators and they are absolutely disgusting.
