Terrible service!!!
I was notified that I would be called the morning of the service and given a time frame as to when the workers would arrive at my house for the installation of the carpet I ordered. They called and let me know I was the first job they had and they would arrive between the hours of 9am and 1pm. Ok, so I went ahead and planned my day accordingly rearranging my schedule to work in the afternoon. 9, 10, 11, 12 and 1pm all came and went without any sign or call from national floors direct. When I called they had no idea their workers had not shown up and had to locate them. Apparently they were not planning on showing up until around 4pm. Customer service was of no help and all they did was tell me that sometimes this happens and asked if I would be home so they could complete the job at 4pm. I will now have to miss another full day of work. Very unprofessional and my husband and I will never do business through them again.
