Don't believe these people can help you. They tell you a great story, then take your money and never finish what they said they could do. I paid them $2000.00 for their service, and was told to hold my mortgage payments till they got my rate lowered. Well, 10 months later they still didn't do anything and have not heard anymore from them and my house went into foreclosure. They always had an excuse why nothing was complete, always needing more paperwork or finance updates. Thank god this state I live in had a help program that helped me save my house otherwise I would have been homeless with two kids. These people should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people in need of help and looking for advice. I have reported them, and looking to file a suit against them as well. They are being investigated by many other states for the same false claims. So stay clear of these people, they will do more harm then help you.
