grant funding
National Growth Funding -
Offers Help for Government/business Grants -
I was in the market to help expand our family business and I found National Growth Funding online - their website is http://www.ngf-sanantonio.com. I am not that knowledgable when it comes to getting a grant so I found their website extremely useful -
It can be very confusing when a small business owner tries to find out about getting a small business loan or a govt grant, which is why I highly recommend doing research and reading all the info yo u can online - their website also has a paragraph that was helpful about small business grants -
So far they have been very helpful. Our goal is to get at least $250, 000 in order to help expand our operations, while we analyze our costs and try to cut our expenses.

Fraud Alert
National Growth Funding, Inc, claims to be in business for 13 years with offices in 3 states. They charge $7900 for grant writing service. They guarantee funding of the grants. According to the corporate filing records of the State of Nevada, the corporation became active in December of 2008. According to the Whois records, the website became active in February 2009 and the BBB has a record as of March 2009. Sandra Otero claims that the recent filing is due to an office move, however the BBB has no records prior to March 2009. No other records exist prior to those dates that I am aware of. Upon questioning, the Director stated that she had worked for the company for 3 years, however knowledge of all information prior to March 2009 has been "forgotten". In addition she cannot remember the names of the owners of the business, the websites prior to March 2009 or any information that would validate the existence of the business for than a year. After being "pre-qualified", I asked for some information about the company. When asked to provide a reference she was unable to, when asked to provide a grant list she was unable to. Other sales people have confirmed that although they have been taking money for "grant writing" for almost 6 months, no one is aware of a single award. The excuse is that he process takes up to 1 year. Sale people had never met nor were aware of actual grant writers. Directer Otero claims to have met the writers, but did not have contact information or names for these people. A quick Google search shows no reviews of this company, not a single yellow pages listing in any of their three "locations".
However a Google search of the number 866-791-1291 reveals a connection with a website called www.live247lv.org and http://learnaboutcashflow.org/. The wording on this site is identical to the ngf-sanantonio.com site. There is also a connection to FixCreditBiz, a known credit repair scam.
My assumption is that this is newest iteration of Brian /removed/ attempt to run a little scam. A simple audit will reveal a lot.
