On April 10, 2009 I called to front office in NY of such mentioned Insurance company to put in a Claim for Service for my Washing Machine, after one hour of waiting on line, I finally got to talk to a live person. I was given a Claim Number and the phone number to call the service tech.
The so called service company answering machine did not say who the company was and said to leave name and phone number, we'll call you back very soon, one day went by and nobody called, so after several attempts of me calling them, somebody answer and said: that the phone was a private phone, and please don't call back again.
One week went by since the intial attempt to call National Home Protection, and the recording says that they are having a program upgrade, I have a feeling that they have this upgrade excuse for quite sometime, this is just way to delay and get away from taking anymore calls.
I just don't understand how National Home can say that we will call you back very soon, if they don't have my phone number and don't know who is calling.
In the recording also says, to access the internet to file a claim, and when I tried that, they ask for an email and password, after I supplied the email address and password, it will come back saying that there is problem with my email.
These people are in business to rob the clients money, cheat people and I hope you guys will do your upmost to bring these people to justice.
