RIP OFF FRAUD
This is nothing but a big scam I got my subscriptions cancelled but what they don't tell you is that you will end up with charges on your atm or credit card because they give that number to some shopper and great fun companies and if you do not catch it they keep charging your account $14.99 a month until you call them and cancel they need to be shut down. When they told me I couldn't cancel because they pay for these magazines in advance I told them too bad I would contact my bank and stop the payments from being taken out I just had to call them again, and this is for the guy who has the friend that works there, they called my husband February 11th 2011 ( I had cancelled in Dec. 2010) the phone call got disconnected and we received a bill in the mail so I called and Dave told me we had reactivated the subscriptions guess what cancelled DON'T LET THEM BULLY YOU

Scam
If this truly is a legit business why so many different names, locations and phone numbers? Besides that they made over 400, 000.00 in one day yet they hold the sweepstakes every 18 to 19 months? Whats that all about. Oh thats right they just want to get fat of your hard earned dollar!!

magazine subscription cancellation
I called national magazine exchange about 2 weeks ago because they stated that i was picked to enter the sweepstakes. They forced me to buy magazines that I did not want to buy and end up charging $67.08 to my credit card within two days and then two days later i called national magazine exchange to try and cancel my magazine subscription and he said they could not and i asked him very nicely to please cancel my subscription because i can't afford it. come to find out, he charged tried to charge my credit card 210 dollars and now i have a zero balance because of him. could you please call nme and have him arrested. this is the biggest scam i have ever ran into. I need to be refuned my 67.08 back to my credit card as soon as possible.

Bill
I have received a bill for some magazines I supposedly ordered. I did not order any magazines nor have I received any magazines. Publishers Clearing House did the same thing to me, however, when I called them to cancel they cancelled the subscriptions they had for me and told me to keep the ones I had already received (their compliments) and I would not receive anymore. These companies need to be reported because they are ripping off people, young and old. But the elderly are hurt the most because they live on a limited income.

sent to collectors without buying product
I was contacted by phone by the National Magazine Exchange to purchase magazines. I attempted to decline repeatedly. And they c0ntinue to pressure me, when I told them that I didn't have a credit card in which to put money down, then they offered me a pay option via mail. Once the first invoice came, I decided that I really didn't want to purchase any magazines and decided not to send in any money. They sent more invoices offering other payment options. Now, I got a letter in the mail from a collection agency in regards to a $200.00 debt from National Magazine Exchange. I wrote the collection agency back disputing the debt since no money or products were exchanged. I am now waiting for a response. I can't believe that I have to pay money, have my credit negatively effected, be harassed to purhcase a product and even end up not gettting the magazines! I am so unhappy.

scam
This is obviously junk mail. The address of the company doing this is on this website. Maybe we should send them our junk mail back. Let them waste their time and money dealing with it.

I recieved a letter in the mail the other day staing that i would be entered to win a sweepstakes but i had to call this 800 number first. So I called and instead of taking all my info for the sweepstakes they got my credit card info instead and a couple days later i called back to cancel everything and they told me i couldnt cancel it but they sure did take my money off my debit card really quick. cancel and falsifying payment amount
I agreed when I called to confirm being entered in a sweepstakes for a magazine supscription. I was told it would be like 28 dollars. There was 60.00 deducted from my card the next day. I called to complain and cancel my order and was told that I couldn't cancel and that I wouldn't have to pay ever again and they would throw in three more magazines. I explained that it was all the money I had and yes, I agreed while being recorded and gave them my card number for payment, but not for the payment they stole. For a different amount. Now I can't even log onto nme.

I was scammed
I have to say this is embarrasing, but a couple of weeks ago, I got a mailing from Publishers Clearing House, (Florida), and threw out my entry, that they send. Needless, to say, I got this notice saying I was still eligle, for $1, 1000, 000.00. I read where it said, no purchase necessary. Next thing I know a woman, is asking what magazine's I want, and her supervisor gets on the phone, and says I can 3 magazines, (Ladies Home Journal, Money, or Better Homes and Garden), when I realize he's going to charge me for fours years, I said NO WAY, but I did not hang up like I should have. Then tried to sell me prepaid gift cards, I said NO. Also, said I could go onto website to pick out watches as a special gift. I really thought I was getting a good on 3 magazines I really like.

I signed up for 1 year, with 22.00 3 consecutive payments. He asked for my e-mail and I would get confirmation in my e-mail. Guess what, NO E-MAIL. I'm afraid to call, because I'm afraid of what I'll say or do, after reading these complaints, I feel STUPID!!! Now I think, I can cancel my credit card, but it's probably too late, but we'll see.

Right now, I just have to stay calm.
