unauthorized charges
I called my bank on the 16th of march and found out that a check went through for 99.95 the day before. Then I went to the bank and the name on the check was for National Platinum. The number on the check was 1800-972-8094, when I called the company they state that I received an email stating that I was a member I checked My inbox, spam and the trash and I never received an e~mail from them They also stated that they called and left a message on the number ###-###-0165 that is only the very last number I use when filling in the application for the checking advance. I looked back on my computer and on history and found that my information was in the computer the only thing I can think of is that there was a pop up and one of the payday loan companies automatically filled in the national platinum club site. When I went to their site it states that the IP address is recorded. However I never gave my information DIRECTLY to this company, I filed a complaint with this company threw BBB. and I called the company and let them know that I did so. I also tried to cancel my membership so that I could get my money back.

Unathorized whitdrawl from chcking acct

MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT
I WAS LOOKING AT SEVERAL DIFFERENT SIGHTS ON LINE. AND SUPPOSEDLY I SIGNED UP FOR THE NATIONAL PLATINUM CLUB. I CALLED THE COMPANY, AND OUTSIDE THE NASTY SUPPOSEDLY CLERK STATING THAT SHE WAS A SUPERVISOR, AND THAT HER SUPERVISOR DIDN'T TALK TO CUSTOMERS, I TRYED TO EXPLAIN THAT I DIDNT' SIGN UP FOR THIS CLUB, AND THAT I WANTED MY MONEY BACK. SHE STATED THAT THEY DIDN'T REFUND MONEY. I TOLD HER THAT MAYBE IT HAPPENED WHEN I WAS ON THE COMPUTER. SHE STATED THAT I HAD TO HAVE SIGNED UP, BECAUSE THEY HAD ALL OF MY INFORMATION. I STATED THAT I HAD BEEN LOOKING AT PAY DAY LOANS AND THAT I HAD CHECKED THE BOX EACH TIME STATING I DIDN'T WANT THIS PRODUCT, DIDN'T ORDER THIS SERVICE, HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FORM THIS COMPANY, AND SHE STATED THAT THERE WAS NO REFUND. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, AND SHE IS TELLING ME I HAVE NO RECOURSE. I HAVE TO GO TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST THIS COMPANY FOR FRAUD, AND DO A INVESTIGATION FROM MY BANK.

they subit a deal and even after cancel they continue with and underlying one from anther company that was enclosed with the deal same name but a different kind of deal. i canceled one but the monies are going to be still debited from my account even after i canceled.
