Scam Refund
I found myself scammed by this company (stupid me) and paid the $29.00 service fee as well as the $9.90 shipping and handling fee of the packet they were going to mail. The guy on the other end of the phone told me to go to the website and sign up "right away to get this moving along". I went to Google to look up the company and noticed this complaint board. After reading all of the complaints, I realized I had been scammed!!! So, when I went to the login page and signed in, the first page is a list of rules...if you DON'T click the box saying you agree, you can call them and demand a refund. I just got off the phone with them and I will be getting a full refund, no questions asked. If you did click the box, I am not certain whether it will be easy to get a refund!!! Don't fall for this as I have found job listings on my own in my area!!!
Good luck!!!

Suspicious
It sounded legitimate until she asked me for $29 processing fee? I said I would go to the website where I could make a payment securely, and her remark was that they didn't process payments through the website? This is a RED FLAG! VeriSign, PayPal, or Truste are all legitimate and secure ways to process payments.

job screeing fees
I had a solicitation from this company and the person calling (??) left their name and number. I called back and that person doesn't work there, it is just a key to their screening process. That they admitted. He said that the companies that they work for require a pre-screening process before they submit names for recruiting. Pulled my info off of Monster or Career Builder. I told him that I wasn't not paying them $29, without a review of their contract (I pulled this website up, while talking to this person - thank you). He said he will give it to me in writing, but I first had to give them the $29 right now to cover shipping and handling of the prescreening package. What company doesn't have the capability of sending it email or having it on their website to download from??? This sounded like a total scam and I think Complaintsboard.com once again. Keep up the good work people.

Scam - You shouldn't pay for own background check.
I recieved a call from a number 800-724-7934 and when I picked up a recording started about a job in the pharmacuetical industry and that if I am interested to call the HR department by pressing 1. I press 1 and got a rep by the name of Mark Gibson stating that he would like my email to send some information via email to get my profiled created. He mentioned that I had to pay a 29.95 fee for a profile screening before major fortune 500 companies would consider looking at me. He promised me that once I create the file, pay the fee, then he will get some interviews set up. He also mentioned that the recruiters will have their people prep you for the interview. He sounded fishy because when I asked why I had to pay for a background screening for a job history, he stated it was a one time fee for a pre-screening not background check. I come from a background check company and know that the fortune 500 companies do not do a prescreening. A background is the first thing to be done and it is the employer's cost not the employees cost. Be aware. It is sad to see these types of scams on people who are really looking for a job. Good luck and be careful. If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't.

pharmaceutical sales
I am glad that I found this website. I just got off the phone with the NSG representative. It is suspicious that they charge $29 to put you in contact with hiring pharmaceutical companies. As a former representative, I am currently looking for a position.
My credit card had been recently compromised from an online purchase and am now wary of giving my information out.
NSG sounds suspicious and am lucky to have found this Complaint Board.

RIP-OFF
These people do absolutely nothing for you! They claim to have all of these job listings that will be sent to you after you give them the $29.00 up front, then fill out everything online. I have seen nothing but the same 4 job listings for my area since June 25, and today is August 9! None of the 4 are even in my job category that I filled out in the beginning of the process. Watch out when you log onto the website too, they will say that when you log on, you agreed to the ongoing $13.71 per month they will charge you unless you call them to cancel. It's a total scam...DON"T FALL FOR IT!!!

Misrepresentation
Telemarketed me after obtaining my name off of Career Builder web site. Claimed that for the price of a pizza they would get me a six figure position. I approved a $ 38.90 charge to my credit card that tuned into a $97 charge that was not authorized.
I called their customer support line after complaining to my bank and stopping payment against my card and they said that they would refund my money, the stop transaction occured within 72 hours of their "signing me up."

Recruiting Scam
This company gets your resume off of Career Builder & tries to get you to "register" with them so they can place you with pharmeceutical/medical sales companies within 2 weeks...only 29.95...right...and can you take care of that today. I declined, thankfully saying go ahead with the email you said you were sending (& of couse never received anything)..I will review your info and proceed if I feel comfortable. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Why the authorities have not shut them down already is a mystery!! I googled their name and could not even begin to wade though all of the complaints. I contacted Career Builder & filed a complaint and also The Federal Trade Commission & after you vent on this website, I encourage you to do the same...otherwise many more people will be take advantage of.

Fake Recruiters
They leave message they have a Pharma job for you after you applied on careerbuilder.com. They do not have jobs, they want your 29 dollars to do nothing. Do not give these scammers your money.
