SCAM
All the same complaints everyone else posted. They said they would charge me $29 and charged $98. They do not refund your initial $29 but they will not even tell you this. Furthermore, they will send you a book which you then have to return if you want a refund, even though you never ordered such a book, and then pay more money to return this simplistic book on sales. You have to fill out some strange form they send you in the book package and pay more money to send it back. They also will not tell you that they are charging you another $15 or more per month. They also NEVER sent me the pre-screeing kit they told me about for the $29 they initially charged me. When I called them to received a full refund, they told me that they do not do this. I told a lady manager that I demanded this refund immediately since they have not done anything for me and I have yet to utilize even their service. She told me flat out "you cannot tell me what to do and simply hung up on me". The most unprofessional customer service I have yet to encounter and very clearly indicative of scam artists. Any reputable company would never speak to a client in this fashion. Furthermore, all jobs are the same for all counties and cities in my State of Florida when I looked at what was available on their site. The pharmaceutical sales jobs they deceive you with do not exist and there are very few job postings, unlike the "tons' they tell you are available in pharma sales. If you want a reputable pharma sales job, please go to www.napsronline.org. This is the way to get in, not with these scam artists. They truly need to be shut down from all job sites.

Scam company/refused refund
This company is a complete scamming preying off of those who are unemployed. The registration fee of $37 basically just feeds you job listings you can get on your own from carrerbuilder.com or monster.com. Where they really get you - and I am assuming you get your $ off of - is for a $59 "Mastering the Art of the Sale" book you are also required to buy. This is an absolute piece of garbage. It is completely basic information that is in a huge font as to make it into book size. They state verbally in your first phone call that you have 30 days to cancel and return the book and that is the only time it is mentioned. when I called and cancelled within the 30 days the book nor the address to mail it to was never mentioned and I got stuck with this thing.

Total Scam..
I was one of most likely many people who fell for this scam, I was a sucker, signed up for the so called service, they claimed to have a sales position available to which I applied for, but before I applied for it, I have to purchase this information where they were to mail me couple of forms where I was to fill out and fax them back, well, I never received the forms, which I paid for the shipping by the way, then I had to call and ask for the forms that were right there and then they emailed to me.. (So shipping was not required and I should not have paid for), then I proceeded to fill out, sign and fax back to them.. Now it has been over two weeks and I have not yet heard any thing from them.. BIG SCAM..THIEVES..

It's a Scam Your Right
I picked up the phone to call thew number in the job listing, while it was dialing I Googled "National Sales Group" and quess what came up first. The agent answered the phone and started asking me questions while I read the complaint board. He finally ask me for my credit or debit card number. I responded I do not give it out with out checking you out first. He could not have gotten off the phone quick enough, he almost hung up on me. THANKS FOR EVERYONES HEADS UP.

They are liars!
They charged me $38 and said that once I complete 2 forms and send them back to their offices, they will start working on my behalf. I sent in the two forms and have gotten absolutely nothing from them except a lot of terrible customer service.

The truth is that the two forms you submit to them only serve as their protection. These two forms are their way of saying "we have made contact with you, and this is our proof that we have provided a service to you."

I know this for a fact because I tried to call my bank to do a chargeback. My bank could not honor it because of what I just mentioned.

Once they get these two forms signed by you, it's pretty much over. They really do not give you an advantage into getting into a job. They claim that they have a recruiter who is working on your behalf, trying to market you to different employers, yet they won't give you the recruiter's name or information. They won't let you talk to them. For all you know they could be lying.

That is the extent of the help they will offer you.

They will also lie to you over the phone. Never in writing of course.

Today I just spoke with someone in customer service asking why I still haven't gotten any leads after signing up with them a month ago. The rep said that they only received only one of the forms back. That was a bald face lie because, not only do I have a fax receipt verifying that both forms I sent to them at the same time went through, but they sent me an email saying that they received both forms. The rep had no rebuttal after that. I stopped her dead in her tracks.

When I signed up with NSG, they said that most of their customers get interviews within 4 weeks. It's been over a month, and I haven't even had one job lead from them.

won't cancel before 72 hours
signed up for their job board and recruiting help. they charged me 26.00 and then told me it was actually 38.00 after billing. they tried to sell me a book to make the total $98.00 I said no on the book.
then when I received the web access job link with the user ID and password I realized the jobs they
had listed were just junk. nothing real there.. jobs that stated they would start in Jan 2010 etc.
I called to cancel in less than 48 hours but they would not agree to cancel saying they had already sent out the documents for me to sign.

also they charge a reoccuring monthly amount on your charge card so i have to change that number too.

bad folks.. stay away friends!

SCAM
I was looking for a job and was promised a pharmaceutical job in two weeks...I didn't receive my material in the two weeks. After I reviewed the information on the internet, it was all the postings that were on Career Builder, Monster, etc. I called and cancelled my membership the same day. Needless to say, I was still charged $97 for materials. But wait, it gets better...I returned my materials to receive my full credit on my credit card. It has since been over six months, I have not seen the reimbursement to my credit card. Total scam. Not only am I out the materials, I am also out the $97.

SCAM
This company advertises on Career Builder and other such sites. Many times masking their ad as a company with a position of employment. I was initially sucked into it. They ask for a credit card number to cover a $29 charge to enroll the person into their program. I stupidly agreed to it, but that was the only charge I agreed to. They also tell you that they have a sales course for a fee among other charges. They will also hit the credit card for $13 or $14 a month. I called the credit card company about the $29 charge only to find it was $96. The charge was pending and I was able to get the card company to put a stop on it. I was lucky. Many haven't been and most probably are people without jobs and can't afford it.
