On June 18th, National Sports Services was guaranteeing a winner in a baseball game. If this team did not win, we would receive their picks for the remainder of June for free. I purchased the game for $25. Well, their guaranteed game LOST. According to their ad, I was supposed to receive free picks for the rest of June. Did National Sports Services call me, or e-mail me, my free pick on June 19th? NO! I waited until 3 o'clock Pacific coast time. Then, I was the one who had to initiate the contact. By me calling them, they were able to use bullying tactics on me, hustle me and sales pressure me. They refused to give me the free game like they promised in their June 18th ad. They hustled me and sales pressured me until I spent $40, 000 with them! Would you consider $40, 000 FREE? I wouldn't. After pressuring you to the point where you order one, or more, of their services, they then tape record your order. By having us initiate contact they are able to make it appear as if we were contacting them to place an order because they aren't happy otherwise. It didn't matter how many times I asked them what their free baseball pick for June 19th was. They refused to give it to me. This is FALSE ADVERTISING!

Why doesn't National Sports Services tape the first minute of our conversation? That is the MOST IMPORTANT minute of the conversation. That is the ONE MINUTE that spells out the REAL reason that I am contacting them. These guys are such CROOKS, they even have us sign an invoice which clears them of all claims, liability and lawsuits. And, our money is non-refundable! Why would they have to put this wording on their invoice if they are not CROOKS?

I am unemployed. I am disabled. Why would I want to order $40, 000 worth of products from them the days following a GUARANTEED winner LOSING? I wouldn't! These guys are placing FALSE ADS on their website. That is okay. But if I sign their invoice, I can't get a refund of my $40, 000. The signed invoice counts. But, the FALSE AD which occurred 2 days before I signed the invoice doesn't count. That means that these guys are free to continue to post FALSE ADS on the internet whenever they feel like it.

P.S.- I have proof that I made purchases from these people on June 8th for $29, June 13th for $15, June 15th for $25 and June 18th for $25. The first 3 times, their games won. I didn't have to call them the following day. On June 18th their game LOST, and they never called me the next day. They used UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES to take advantage of me the consumer. (False Advertising) They refuse to refund my $40, 000. That just goes to prove that these people are CROOKS! They don't have no feelings or sympathy for people.
