When you registration for this progam, it says:

A $250 tuition deposit should be included with your application.

But when you want to cancel this program, it says:

Upon written notification of cancellation received by the NSLC not later than April 1, 2010, all fees paid less a $250 cancellation fee, will be refunded.

They are playing the words game, so you will never get back the money, like we did. They ask you pay $250, then they said it only refund less than $250.
