I ordered a clock offered on tv on 02/23/10. I received a letter on 03/05/10 stating that that one had sold out but "only if you allow us" we will send one that is valued 3 times more. As instructed, I sent the bottom portion of the letter back on 03/06/10 stating I did not want that one, I wanted the original one I seen on tv. Low and behold I receive the one I didn't want on 03/26/10. When I called the company, they said they couldn't send a call tag to pick this one up. He said they never received my letter stating I did not want this clock. Now I have to pay shipping and handling and a registered/certified letter as proof that I am sending this one back. What kind of crap is that?
Supposedly this company has been in business for 50 years and they can't provide a call tag. I wonder how long of a fight I will have to get my money back on the original order????
