You turn this down said that it was not routine office visit, it was I was hurting so bad when I went to the Dr office that he send me ti have aex ray and an ultasound on my gladbladder and my liver and they found out that I had too much fat on my liver that was pushing on my ribs that was causing my side and stomach was hurting so much.
Please check into this. I had this ins. for 4 or 5 years and never file a claim
