terrible customer service
I placed an order with nationmd. They charged my card, but then put the order on hold since they were
"out of stock", which is not viable considering I ordered the exact same medicine from another company (in anticipation of this) and got it two days later.
You can't call their "customer support" number; it is busy. In the past when I actually have been able to get through they have been very rude and uncaring. I've never dealt with such terrible customer service before and will NEVER GO TO NATIONMD AGAIN.

horrible customer service
I placed an order (for overnight delivery) on 10-9, with an expected date of 10-13. It is now 10-19. I have called four times over the last week, and can not begin to describe the frustration I have felt in dealing with the "customer service" department. Not only are they rude, but I have been told four different things each time I've called. When I voice this concern, I am met with indifference. Nobody cares. The guy I spoke with today didn't even bother to apologize, instead he got snippy and wanted to know was there anything else he could help me with. Nobody knows what is going on with my order, and I have been told three different dates that i should expect me order.
I have never encountered such unprofessionalsim with any company I've dealt with, and if I ever do get my order, which seems unlikely, I will NEVER deal with nationmd again.
Thanks for such a horrible experience.
