I have been tring to get the so called Obama bailout mortgage help since Mar 2009 I have been lied to given a different payment amount and even documatation to look as if I am being helped. But when it gets down to the wire Nationstar Mortgage Co pulles another one out of their hats I now have 3 mortgage payments and still have no modified loan. I couldnt even get them in the beginning to speak to me about a modification till I screamed on the phone "Than what is all this crap that president obama is saying he has made programs available for me" I was than told I said the magic word "obama" now they would help me. But low and behold that was another lie also I started a so called modification with a lower pymt in July of 2009 I was to make this pymt for 4 months than they would close up the final paper work and get the final papers in the 4th month. The 4th month comes no final papers I start calling told there just back logged just keep making the modified pymt someone would be in contact I call every month In late Dec 2009 I start getting calls from Nationstar that Im late on my payments I would inform them of what has all occur up to that point and they would say yes i see your still being reviewed mind you my 4 months was july aug sept oct and they still havent sent any final papers. I than ask to speak to the very first person that signed me up for modification {thank god I kept all names and ext to every one I talked to} This person says my initial paper work is missing documents he has me fax them i do i even go as far as also mailing them also. Awhile goes by I get another collector call that Im behind on my payment the same thing occours this time im transfered to the modification dept because the person calling has nothing to do with the modification depaartment. Im told by this dept everything is still in review and just keep making the modified pymt. Then I start reciving at the end of January Im missing documantaion and have so many days to call I immediatly call and Im told there is no missing docs it is with the underwriters I have recieved 3 of these letters the 3rd when comes on the day Im heading in for surgery. I call on my way to the hospital and I am Told the samething there is no missing docs it at the underwriters That very day they date and send out a letter saying I am denied because of missing docs. I am now back at square on I have called back and supposeable did have missing docs and since sent them via email and now waiting for that famous modification package to come in the mail guess what it still hasnt come I have been called by the collectors again and nationstar modification dept and still no paper work in the mail for me to get sent back ASAP as they have told me to do Where does one get help for the ones we are told that will help are frauds I guess what I thank our president?????
