This company is a HUGE scam. I've kept receipts for everything; especially my rental homes. They received all documents requested and would ask for other papers that had nothing to do with the appliance in question.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB in N.Y, as well as the State Attorney General's Office. This company needs to be shut down and they need to make sure the owner doesn't create a new DBA to operate under, and continue this scam.

One can Google the company to see the massive amount of complaints and current litigation against them. I also suggest you take the time to let the N.Y. BBB now your feelings. There were almost 800 other complaints against them and Nationwide is not a member of the N.Y BBB, either. Their rating is "F" with this organization.
