I just read your self serving post referencing our ongoing dispute. Man, can you ever dish out the BS! As for your 6 month "agreement" you are the one who has breached it by virtue of the fact that you have only set TWO "appointments" since July.

You have been given the detailed report on the results multiple times. Here it is once more...THEY WERE BOGUS!

Appointment #1. An elderly woman with a husband with dementia that had no clue why someone came to her house after telling YOUR CALLER THAT SHE HAD NO INTEREST.

Appointment #2. Given to our agent in Sacramento about 8:30 AM for a "appointment" in Fresno, (3 1/2 hours away) for 10:00 AM. When given to our Fresno branch manager to follow up with, she received it in the middle of a meeting with 2 of our senior officers who were in from out of town to meet with her an hour before the "appointment" was scheduled for.

When she called to try and reschedule, she was told that they had no interest in seeing anyone nor did they ever indicate such an interest. Great appointments.

As far as your claim of my firm being "an isolated case" why in the world is your name all over the internet for defrauding people? Why does the Better Business Bureau have such a negative report regarding all of your unresolved complaints?

And last, but not least, why are you under criminal investigation as well?

Like I said before Mr. Goldsmith, you really know how to put out the BS don't you!
