I got an offer off of Craigs List advertising for 100 people to take part in a diet product research study.
They were offering $1, 200 for this study when completed. Sounds good, Right?
I contacted them and I was instructed to send for the free trial and then contact them again when I got my
product confirmation number with my name, address, phone numbers and e-mail address.
The only contact I have for this is
[email protected]
I am not sure if this is a scam or for real. They swear they are not connected in any way with the company.
I contacted them with my information and waited for the product to come in the mail.
I was contacted by phone by some woman giving me another offer for the same product offering me 2 bottles for the price the internet was offering for 1 bottle before I even got the so called free trial. I refused this offer after a hard pressed conversation on the phone.
I was also instructed by the advertisement off of Craigs List to contact them when I received the product so we could meet and begin the product study.
I tried to make contact 3 times via e-mail that I received the product and was ready to begin the study. I have not received an e-mail back confirming this. I feel so "stupid" to believe this may be true. It seems as only a ploy by the company or a way to trick you into purchasing the product or getting your credit card number.
All of this has made me very nervous and pissed off at them and myself for falling for this!
I called Natra Pure and they will not allow me to cancel yet! They kept trying to send me more product and I kept telling them NO! but, they will not allow me to cancel until my trial period is up.They say they have not charged me anything yet but will at the end of the trial period. I have to call back in hopes they don't charge my card! This is SO STUPID! I should be able to cancel! I am SO PISSED!
