I began receiving acai berry capsules and I did not order them.

I started to order a "free trial" of Acai Berry online and was told at first I would be charged 4.95. I hestitatednd and ended up onot ordering it and signing out of the site after I had entered my personal information. I recieved an email about 5 minutes later offering me only a 1.95 shipping charge. I decided to order it figuring what the heck its only 1.95. I checked my bank statement online a little while later and it said I was charged 4.95. I called natrascience and told them I wasn't supposed to be charged 4.95 and they offered to refund me and charge me the 1.95 I was told. I told them I wanted to cancel the order all together. I never recieved the bottle and this was the beginning of Feb. It is March 25 and I just got charged on my bank card 72.99!!! I called them and they told me they could only refund me half because I didnt have the product!!! I cancelled the order and should have never been charged in the first place!!! I told them I would call them back after I go and file a complaint at the bank where my bank card is from.
