After reading similar complaints, I went to the www.naturalacaiberry.com website and read the terms and conditions which I did not read at the time I ordered the free sample. It does state that if you do not contact them within 21 days, they will send you another shipment and charge you 69.95 (a 20%) discount. You are also given two phone numbers 800-278-3620 and 866-376-1465 that you can call to cancel your membership to the weight loss club that you automatically joined if you did not notify the company within 21 days. The problem here is that the company is on Pacific Standard Time. I just called and cancelled my membership and shipments of acai berry. The men I talked to were foreign, but polite and assured me that I would not receive any more shipments or charges after this date (3-26-09). I will let you know if I do receive any more shipments and charges. I hope this information is helpful. I will never again order anything online without reading the terms and conditions!
