In early December, 1008, I asked for a free trial of acai berry (Natural acaiberry.com) for just their cost of shipping and handling --$4.95. I was shipped another bottle of 60 tablets with no information or pamphlet included. I did not ask for this renewal. I was charged 69.95. I believe this transaction is a scam.

I have read alot about the company that they are a fraud and they scam people but i for one don't agree to it as i to did place an order with them and as usual didn't read the terms and conditions on their website.But when i was charged the amount of $69.95 i called their customer services helpline and spoke to the customer services representative about the charge i had and they explained me everything clearly and still as i was on the wrong side and couldn't call them as was hospitalized and couldn't call so on courtesy bases they did give me a refund. Then i thought that what ever i have read and heard about this company is wrong as they are not a fraudulent company. People make mistake by not reading the TERMS & CONDITIONS on the website and then start complaining about it for no reason even though they are on the wrong side. I would suggest that everyone should read the TERMS & CONDITIONS on a website before getting signing up for any thing as mostly just reading the word Free no one wants to read them and then complain about it afterward. So in short the Company is not a fraud and they do not scam people.

ITS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD USED THE NATURAL ACAI BERRY, IT WAS A BIT HELPFUL FOR ME ... AND THE BEST PART IS THIS IT DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY HARFULL CHEMICAL

I ordered this product online for a one time trial period. My credit card was billed and I found that the product doesn't work. I never gave authorization for this company to ship or bill my account again. They have taken it upon themselves to continue to do so. My budget will not withstand this monthly deduction or the fraudulent manner in which it is being done. I need this to cease immediately otherwise my next complaint is to the Better Business Bureau.

I received a free trial for $4.95. I tried to call the company within the 14 days to cancel because of health reasons but the 800 number says 58-3 number is invalid. Then I received another bottle which I did not order and found out they charged my account without my authorization $70.51 which I am on disability and do not have money like that. I think it is a scam by putting the wrong phone number on the bottle so that you can not call with the cancellation time. Something have to be done to stop this false advertisement.and ripping people off without their knowledge.
