I ordered the Natural Acai Berry and I could not cancel my subscription from this number 800-278-3620. So I tried to cancel my debit card and they gave me a different number to call 866-376-4078 and I actually talked to someone at this number and the cancelled my order.

this is in regards to those customers who make fake statements reguarding this company

After ordering the 'trial' offer in late December, I received my charge card statement showing both the trial size of 'natural acai berry' and a charge of $69.95 for super acai supplement on about the same day. Of course, I had not ordered the product because I had not had the chance to do the trial offer and after reading some of the complaints online and warnings, I had no intention to order the product. I called the number on my charge card statement and was rudely told 'you have to pay for it. There's nothing you can do.' I too, called my charge card company and had to request another charge card and was told there were a lot of complaints about the acai berry scam. Since the acai berry ad recommends Total Cleanse also be used I expect I'll have to go through the same process again. There needs to be something done about scams such as these that prey on the public just to make a killing with unauthorized charges. I sure won't be taken advantage of again.

I ordered the free sample trial offer of Natural Acai Berry with $4.95 shipping on Dec 30th, 2008 for my wife. I received that trail bottle with 20 piles on Jan 4th, 2009 and then I called them on Jan 6th, 2009 for canceling my membership and I dint get any further charge on my credit card.
