I am experiencing the same problems as contained in the other complaints about acai berry supplements. I cancelled my order after four shipments. They assured me that there would be no more charges nor shipments. There have been no more shipments, but my new credit card bill has a charge for $69.95. I will certainly not buy online from any but nationally known businesses from now on.

DID YOU TRY TO CANCEL WITH THE NON WORKING PHONE NUMBER ON THIS SITE??? IF SO READ ON TO SEE HOW TO GET THE CORRECT PHONE NUMBER...When I ordered a free trial for the acai berry diet pills, I later found out that they would automatically charge my card monthly unless I cancelled within 14 days of ordering and it takes 6 days just to get the pills. I have some experience in dealing with websites that are not the best, unfortunately, so I did my home work after I recieved the bottle to make sure I was aware of any hidden charges now or in the future. Beware, when you have to put your credit card number on any order, you should think twice and know that there are probly future charges to come on your card automatically, check it out under terms and conditions BEFORE entering your credit card. Also, the number that was given on both the bottle of pills and the terms and conditions website is a bad number that doesn't work. I know that when I order something online with my card, my bank has the phone number of the company listed with the purchase on my history of activity on my card. I hope all banks do this, because it was with this phone number that I was able to get through to the Acai Company I ordered from, and was able to cancel with no future charges to my card. Be sure to get a cancellation number for your records and save that with the correct phone number and date you cancelled. I hope this information is helpful to others who have been sucked into this product on this site, as well as any future dealings with online ordering.
