I was a victim for a free trial offer of a product called Berryslim that has turned into a nightmare and a real scam. I accepted the free trial offer for $4.96 for a 15-day trial. I did not order any additional product and didn't want anything else sent to me. On 10/27/09 I noticed a charge against my account for $59.41 for the product Berryslim. When I called the company from the number on my online bank statement I was told that this was for the charge for additional product. I told the representative that I did not order the product and wanted my account refunded for the $59.41. I was told they could not because I agreed to the terms and conditions, which I never did. I never entered a website of theirs that this offer was extended through a blog. Needless to say that I was never refunded the money after several phone calls and even requesting to speak to a supervisor or manager who may have had more authority to refund the funds. In the first calls I had an extremely difficult time with two of the agents on the phone (Lauren who refused to give me her ID number and then in another call to Roxie, ID number 1016). Roxie even attempted to give me the wrong company name and a P.O. Box address instead of the street which is 1414 No. Cameron Street, Harrisburg, PA 17103. I have reported this to the BBB as well as the Attorney General's office to report this company. If you get any offers from this company for this product DO NOT ACCEPT IT. It is merely a scam.
