I keep getting a monthly credit card charge of $9.95 from Natural Cures and for the past two plus months have attempted to reach the 800 listed on my credit card bill. I get ut on hold, then am told I can go online with my complaint to "customer [email protected]. I tried that but do not find anything. I'm told to leave my customer ID and phone number if I want a callback. I have left my phone number and message but don't know what my customer ID number is because I don't know what I'm getting billed for. I did order by phone a book entitled "Natural Cures "They" don"t want you to know about, " but the cost of that book ($29.95 according the book jacket) doesn't warrant these ongoing charges. When I called my credit card company (Bank of America), I was told it was probably for a newsletter that they send after the book order. I have checked the natural health newsletters that I get, and they are not from this company. HOW DO I GET THIS RESOLVED? I'D LIKE TO CANCEL WHATEVER THIS IS FOR WHICH I'M BEING BILLED.
