On 9/19/09 I placed an order for one of Bottom Line Publications “The Natural Physician’s Healing Therapies“, instead I received another publication that I did not order “The World Greatest Treasury of Health Secrets”. I mailed you my first payment of 15.98 for the book I received first. To my surprise, the postman brought me today the publication I have ordered “The natural Physician’s Healing Therapies. Since I have not requested or ordered “The World Greatest Treasury of Health Secrets” publication, I have a feeling that you are abusing my confidence in your company. I did not and I do not want the above two books, I want to return either one back to you. This will cost me time and money. Therefore, you are requested to mail me a credit note for $10.00 enabling me to return one of these two books back to you, to the address you will choose and provide in your reply.

I request that you do not mail me any additional books anymore without my authorization. I shall hold payment of any installments due to you until I receive your credit note to pay for the return of one of the two books.

I have mailed you this complaint letter on October 2, 2009 and stii I did not receive your reply.
