The Office of the Attorney General has reached a settlement agreement with Nutra Pills, Inc., and its owner, Joshua D. Bezoni, to bring the Internet marketer and seller of nutritional supplements, including acai berry supplements, into compliance with Colorado’s consumer protection laws and to reimburse consumers who did business with the company over the last year.

According to the complaint, consumers believed they were signing up for a free trial of products and were authorizing only the associated shipping and handling fee. However, when the free trial arrived, consumers also received a two month-supply of the product and were given limited time to return the product.

Under the settlement, Bezoni and Nutra Pills must reimburse all consumer complainants who filed complaints since December 2006 and all consumers who requested but were denied refunds since December 2008 through April 30, 2010.

These people reel you in to order a sample, they never ship it but then charge your credit card, when you get the credit card bill which the charges are over $80.00 you call them to see what this is all about as you order a 3.95 sample and never receive either, then they refuse to credit your acct. You call them they put you on hold, you call back ask for a supervisor " the one I spoke with her name was Maria" says she is not going to credit your acct. You ask for proof that they sent you product they cannot supply it, then later during the month they send you product you did not order and charge your credit card again, you return the unwanted product, get a certified receipt from the Post Office and they still refuse to credit your acct.

I ordered a s0-called free trial and then decided it wasn't for me. The next thing I knew they were charging my credit card for $84.01. I called them and said I did not order anything from them but they refused to take the charge off my card. I have never received anything from them except the free trial.
