Scam Artists - free trial
I ordered a "free trial" and was only charged for the shipping charges at the time. It was supposed to be for a 30 day supply but received multiple bottles. There were also some additional free offers in the box, so didn't think much about the number of bottles. I was told that I could cancel any future shipments or charges if I wasn't satisfied and I called on Monday of this week to cancel (before another shipment could be sent), then today, noticed they had charged my card on 11/5/08 (today) $69.85. I called and got no satisfaction and asked to speak to a supervisor. Well, no surprise, they were not available and was told they'd call me back. No call, so I called again. I got a completely different story this time, and finally got them to stop future charges or shipments. I would advise anyone who is considering this product or dealing with this company, to reconsider!!! Hopefully, I won't have to deal with them again, but we'll see. If there is a next time, I'll consider legal action. I know it's only 70 bucks, but it's the dang principle!

Scam for "Free Trial"
I ordered a 30 day trial supply and paid shipping (credit card) of $6.95. I got in several bottles, but no invoice or indication that something else was due. Then, about 3 weeks later, they charged $99.85 to my credit card. I called and they told me all I could do was send it back and they would no longer charge anything. They would not explain why they sent 90 days worth of product when the "free trial" was for 30 days (most of bottles had 90 days supply in the same bottle, so I couldn't have just used 30 days unless I opened the bottle). I feel like this is fraud and I will not order anything else that is promoted all by itself, instead, I will order from retailers who have online catalogs.

Billing for something not ordered
For a "Free" trial bottle (only pay shipping and handling, billed to my credit card) I received not only one bottle to try, but many more bottles and other products. One month later, I received a charge for $108.09 on my credit card for what they had sent me saying it was an part of what I had agreed to on an automatic shipping order and the only way I could get a refund was to return all but the one "free" bottle (paying for shipping) and than I would get my refund. Until I do this, I will not only be charged, but will continue to receive further shipments monthly charged to my account. There is no cancellation unless I return something I never ordered. Beware of this company. They apologize profusely but maintain that by ordering from there website, I was made aware of this. No such thing is further from the truth. I never agreed to any such contract, but they claim it is very clear.
