	PC2 June 24, 2010 Unauthorized charge Paid for shipping of free product. Returned product during trial period in jan 2010. Card charged 79.99 for product before trial period ended. Received refund authorizationfor the unauthorized charge, but never received refund . Bank attempted collection 3 times to no avail. Numerous call and emails to the company...nothing but empty promises to refund the money. 6 months of frustration!
	lovincodyroni February 1, 2010 Cosmetin I did the "free" trial of Cosmetin on Facebook. When I balanced my check book, I found a charge of 80 Dollars. I called about it and after finally getting to talk to someone, she told me that I was not getting my money back. She was rude. I told her that I never knew of a trial period and she told me that it was there.
	W. Harden January 3, 2010 Unauthorized payments I purchased a trial sample of teeth brightener for $1.49. I immediately cancelled when I received the shipment. Natural Source proceeded to take FOUR exhorbitant payments (over $400) from my checking account with no authorization from me using the numbers I had supplied to receive their sample. You cannot e-mail this company to cancel and it is difficult to contact them by phone. In addition to taking the deductions, I never received any products other than the trial shipment!
