I ordered the trial version of the south beach brite was charged on my credit before the trial period had ended. I saw the charges called in to have them cancell my membership and to not ship anymore product to make a long story short they shipped the product to me again and charged me again. I did not open the product and took it to the post office to send it back. I did this so that I could be refunded. Well, they did call me stating that they were going to ship the product back to me and I would not be refunded my money. Or that I could get something eles off of their website. The young lady that called me was very rude and terrible customer service. as a matter of fact she called me twice with no solution to the problem. So I'll have to take other actions. Because all I want is my money back. This company has terrible business practices. And a bad rating on the better business burea website. Personally, I will not ever deal with them again.
