unauthriozation funds from my account
I purchase an order online on March, 05 2009. You try it out for 21days or call for cancellation. I didn't receive products until April, 01 2009 Natural Source Store LLC took fund out my account, amount of $179.90. Talk to someone several time about this matter. Were assure that they would handle this problem, but they have not. I even spoken to two supervisor and they said that the funds was back in my account call the bank and they say it is not there

I am receiving items i did not order and this company will not return my money. I have spoken to 7 customer service reps to date and they are rude and lying...plus I cannot understand them. I want my money back for items not ordered. They insist that I return the item for refund, but the law does not require that I return anything I didn't order. They have used the usual excuses: I signed up for anything they want to send, the time limit is up (although the item arrived yesterday), they do not have the authority...in fact, I have spoken to 7 supervisors out of 7. What luck!
My card has been charged $80.00 for product that I didn't order and they won't return it. To complicate things, none speaks English well enough, so Sean, Michael, Preston, Thomas, etc aren't really SEan, Michael, Preston, or Thomas. One unfortunate rep got my call twice. They have accused me of being rude, and I haven't. They have accused me of not understanding and I have a PhD.

FRAUDELENT BILLING
SMILE TRIAL-
I also ordered the free smile trial for $6.95, arrived 2 weeks later. I just reviewed my account online and see I was billed $79.99. I did not order anything more than the trial sample. I am going to my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Definitely fraudulent business practices. I will also complain to the Better Business Bureau regarding this.
