unapproved charges
I ordered a free trial of lotion from them and tried to cancel several times with in my 21 day period. Every time I was transfered to India, and as soon as I tried to cancel my trial period they would hang up on me, or just never answer the phone. I tried for several weeks... Then as soon as my 21 days was up I had a charge for $179.90 on my bank card! I again called... and again transfered to India.. to which they told me that now that it was passed my 21 days that there was nothing I could do, and they would not refund me.
I finally go through to a really helpful American woman in Florida... who explained to me that they were getting rid of their Indian call service. That there were countless customers who had the exact same situation as me. That basically they wouldn't refuse to cancel your order in the 21 day period... so that they could charge you!
She let me know that this company is working very hard to build back up from what India has done to their reputation.
She helped me get a refund... but it won't process for another 2 days... So I'll let you know if it works.

Unauthorized billing
I responded to a free trial for a teeth whiting product for $6.95. I did not see anything about canceling in 14 days or I would continue to get product and be charged. More product came in a couple of days later (before I had finished the trial), and my credit card was charged another $79.99. I called Natural Source and was told there was nothing I could do because I didn't call within the 14 days.

I have their invoices and nowhere does it say anything about that. I have not opened the product but they told me I could not return it for a refund.

Teeth whitening free trial
Scam, scam, scam! I guess people are getting wise to Nigerian estate liquidation scams, "payment processing" scams, and Bernie Madoff type Ponzi schemes . . . so this is the latest: the "free trial" offer than turns into a "monthly program, " complete with astronomical billings because "you failed to notify us of cancellation and return the product within the trial period." You can always play along with them and believe what they SAY they told you, and you can help buy another crook another yacht.

I ordered the free trial and long story short I cancelled and asked if they would charge me anything else and the told me "no" but the next day my credit card was charged 89.95 "TWICE" and I called to tell them and they said I had exceeded my trail period and they would not help me "at all" and Im just wondering why are the still getting away with these crimes!!!

SCAM FOR MONEY
well first of when i first went for the cream for the stomach they sent it to the wrong adress then they gave me my money and charged me again they sent the product but this time the wrong one the CELLULITE cream mind u i wanted the streach mark cream so i sent it back they never credit me back and they charged me again and i still havent got the cream this is why i never do things online and know i will stick to just going to the store and as far as the indian guy i had that problem to he was an ass he keept interupting me and everthing his name is steven hall or somthing like that i do know his first name is steven an indian guy named steven lol i willl NEVER ORDER FORM THEM AGAIN i thought cuz he was on oprah that it was good well turned out to be a lie and if they do charge me then i will go to the press about it i think everyone should so this dont happen agian

unauthorized charges on CC
I ordered a 'free trial' of their tooth whitening kit-I was to pay SHIPPING ONLY! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!! I recieved a package in the mail a couple of weeks later with another package and this time they charged my credit card 80.00! I called to find out how to send it back and get a refund and the man i spoke to BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH! He was indian (But said his name was John Smith-yeah and im Marilyn Monroe). He said that I was a 'VIP' member and I would be recieving it every month. I basically had to talk him into cancelling my account. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said they had all left for the day. It was 1:30 in the afternoon. I then asked to speak with another associate, he said they were all busy. I virtually could not talk to anyone but him. I will not get my money back and to be honest I doubt that he even cancelled my 'account'. Im going to call my bank TODAY and cancel my credit card. If you are a victim of this scam I suggest you do the same. If anyone knows how to get a refund please, please, please email me and let me know!!! [email protected]

Teeth Whitening Kits
I requested a FREE trial kit for the teeth whitening. Just pay shipping and handling, $6.95. I ordered it on March 26, and did not receive it until April 3. Then on April 10, I had a charge go through my account for $79.00. When I contacted the service department of this company I was told that I did not call within the 14 days trial period. That ended on April 9 at Midnight. They put the charge through at 12:34 am on the 10th. I did not get the trial offer until 6 days after ordering it, but they said that I did not call within the 5 days. According to their TERMS AND CONDITIONS. DO NOT order this product unless you want to write ALL the terms and conditions down and sit by your phone and call within the 5 days and 14 days. The customer service will not work with you. You are asking for trouble if you decide to order from this company. Good Luck

Teeth Whitening
I read the following complaint and it fits my situation to a tee... I though did reach the company and they said I did not call in the two week period and they could not reverse the charge. I refused to accept a second shipment and sent it back. They did state that they would credit that charge back, but not the initial $79.99. They ship the product after the trial is up and then charge you a fortune for a lousy product. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND DON'T LET THEM SUCK YOU INTO THE "FREE" PRODUCT...

I too am having a problem with this company. I asked for the trail & paid the shipping. The product was shipped a week before the 2 week trail peroid was over. I did not even have time to test the product. I looked at myu bank acct and saw a charge of 79 plus bucks pending. I tried calling and the company was closed. I emailed them explaining that I havenot had time to test the product due to shipping. No response. I called and spoke with a rude customer service rep named Kevin Marshall who would not let me talk and explain the situtition. he just kept talking over me. I asked for a supervisor and was told that they go come in until 10AM. I asked for a supervisor name which he gave me Peterson Frank and the name of the owner John Douglas. Now those names sound really fishey. I have called my bank and they can not do anyathing until the charges hit my acct and them I can file a complaint. I am going to call back a supervisor and see what they can do. If I get the run around I will be looking for the owner's information and also calling Florida and hopefully finding a fraud department.
All of this is happening 3/30/09.

false advertising
Like many others, I ordered a free sample of teeth whitener. Then I received another in the mail at a cost of $79.00, which was already billed to my credit card. I did get someone to call in response to my email, and she told me I was not eligible for a refund because I had checked I approved continuing shipments when I ordered the sample on line. I also cannot contest the charge on my credit card for the same reason. I returned to the company web site to read what I had agreed to, but I cannot find that document.

cUSTOMER sERVICE
I too had a hard time with the Indian speaking man that hung up on me too!! They have deducted monies out of my account and I told them to cancel it! Weather they do or not, we'll find out! I am going to report it to the better business!!
