fraudulent company
I too fell victim to this company. The BBB will not do anything except refer you to the Florida State Attorney General. They will in turn only tell you that this company is currently under investigation and you will only get a response when the case has been closed. Unless you have a lot of money to hire a private attorney to sue the company. Chalk this up as a learning experience, cancel your credit card that they have on file, because they will still charge you even if you have a RMA number. I have experienced all of the above and have become very experienced in "free trial" items online. THEY ARE NOT FREE AT ALL!!!

Can't talk to anyone about charges for things not ordered
I bought their teeth whitening materials for a modest amount. Then I found a charge against my checking account for $ 79.95, for what I know not !

South Beach Smile
This company advertised that they would send a sample of their teeth whitening product and you pay shipping only. What they don't tell you is they automatically charge your account not only the shipping, but the entire product. In my case they charged $84.79. Plus $6.99 shipping. The product does not work. Please do not purchase anything from this company.

Free TRIAL??????
I also was thinking I was getting free trial of teeth whitening product with only $6.95 s&H chg. Before I could try product I was charged addional $79.99 to my credit card. When complaining I was only offered $30 credit and was told another shipment was on its way in less than 21 days from the first shipment. Now I will have to return at my own expense. I can't cancel until after my credit is issued or they will not refund anything. Then I was told you really can't see any results in less than 3 months. Might as well go to the dentist for less than this product.

I ordered from the Natural Source Store 6.95 and it arrived the same day as I had to cancel, I called - telephone not working, e-mailed...
called again following week - telling me to bad - have to pay the 79.99
I am not happy
called again, wrote letter - cancelled FOREVER
TODAY GOT MORE OF THE PRODUCT WITH ANOTHER 79.99 CHARGE

Teeth Whitening
I too am having a problem with this company. I asked for the trail & paid the shipping. The product was shipped a week before the 2 week trail peroid was over. I did not even have time to test the product. I looked at myu bank acct and saw a charge of 79 plus bucks pending. I tried calling and the company was closed. I emailed them explaining that I havenot had time to test the product due to shipping. No response. I called and spoke with a rude customer service rep named Kevin Marshall who would not let me talk and explain the situtition. he just kept talking over me. I asked for a supervisor and was told that they go come in until 10AM. I asked for a supervisor name which he gave me Peterson Frank and the name of the owner John Douglas. Now those names sound really fishey. I have called my bank and they can not do anyathing until the charges hit my acct and them I can file a complaint. I am going to call back a supervisor and see what they can do. If I get the run around I will be looking for the owner's information and also calling Florida and hopefully finding a fraud department.
All of this is happening 3/30/09.

DO NOT GET HOOKED INTO THIS SCAM.

won't return phone calls or online
ordered my FREE sample of South Beach Acai, per Oprah's TV program and Cosmetyn ($6.95 S & H). They will not return any phone calls trying to cancel any agreement and the web site cancellation also was returned. They charged my credit card on 2/18/09 with $63.59 and then again on 2/25/09 with the same amount, then $95.35 for the Cosmetyn, which is a worthless product. these were charged before my 21 day cancellation and neither one worked as claimed. They mailed me another Acai and I returned it back to sender. Customer Service on my credit card sayes that they have had numerous complaints on their practices and that I won't receive a refund on what I returned because I need a return code. Well if they won't return your phone calls and the web site is returned by the postmaster, how does one obtain this? I want all my money returned and I will mail back the useless, very expensive products.

South Beach Smile
I ordered a free 14 day trial of their product, "South Beach Smile", teeth whitener, as I saw a testimonial on yahoo.com about how great the "free" trial product was. I didn't even receive the product until the day I had to cancel the "subscription" with the Natural Source Store. Suspecting that something wasn't right, I e-mailed them at the e-mail address supplied by them in a confirmation e-mail to with my order and account number telling them to cancel my subscription with them and to not send anything else to me from their company. I also asked for a confirmation e-mail with a return authorization code (as required by their returns policy), so that I could send the trial product back. I didn't get a confirmation e-mail, so I didn't have a return authorization code. At this point, I called their customer service number (954-237-2690) and told the female fielding the call what I needed and that I did not at any time sign on for a full subscription. She then informed me that I would need to speak with a supervisor, but that they were all "busy". Obviously frustrated, I gave her my name, phone number, account and order number with them so that a supervisor would call me back. Long story short, no one called and my bank account was charged $79.99 for a one month supply that I was never shipped. I am still working with my banker to get the charges reversed, but the catch is that I still have the free trial product (as I cannot send it back without a return authorization from Natural Source Store, which they won't provide), and they are now saying I also have the one month supply they illegally charged me for in the first place; which I never received.
I am highly frustrated and would appreciate any helpful feedback as to how to get this issue resolved.

cannot reach customer service
I signed up for a free trial of their stretch mark removal creme. The offer said that if I was not happy with the product I could cancel and return the product within 21 days in order to not be billed the $80 something that it costs. First, I waited two weeks before I even received the product. The packing slip that came with it said that the return must be postmarked within 15 days of the date of shipping, but there is no ship date, just a date of my order. I have tried to call the company repeatedly, only to get hold music for 5-15 minutes and then the phone hangs up without even an option to leave a message. This company is is a total scam! Already, I have a feeling I'm not going to be able to get my return authorization number and like others will have to end up fighting this with my credit card company.
